The Claudia Taylor Johnson High School Marching Band recently competed in the 2016 Grand Nationals Finals in Indianapolis. But before they hit the field, they added a little bit extra to their routine; Happy Boas!
“These amazing boas held up well in the dance routines, and no feathers to pick up afterwards,” said Shari L.
Shari added that they received lots and lots of compliments on their decision to add Happy Boas into their routine saying that were a huge success!
In addition to its full slate of Bands of America and Texas University Interscholastic League (UIL) competitions in 2016, Johnson made its first trip since 2011 Grand Nationals making its second Grand National finals appearance.
